Whilst DigiRoi is an agnostic tool, it has been proven on ITSM products such as ServiceNow and Remedy.
Data Migration is a vague and ambiguous term used by Vendors and typically estimation is based on manual labour multiplied by number of documents required to be transformed to a Digital format. This tool provides unique opportunities to reduce TIME, COST & WASTAGE by automating 80% of the process.
No tool exists like ours and despite some of the main ITSM vendors being a Document Automation Platform, ironically none have a tool to do this and rely on Vendors to perform this process which I am sorry to say, involves copy and paste in most instances.

Working with either the Customer or selected Vendor, we extract the data, arrange the data in to accepted standard, transform it in to an array that can be stored in a DB which allows you to massage and push the data to a chosen platform.
A “form” is an item in a catalog, like when you start a job and have to order a new computer, phone, access to software etc. Each of those items has its own “form” in the catalog. It can also be referred to as service item, catalog item or business service. These items need to be uploaded to the ITSM platform in order to leverage functionality and capability.
